11. The Death on Livestock and Boil Plagues (Exodus 9: 2 - 4)
After four plagues, God commanded Moses to strike Egypt with two more plagues, the death of livestock and boils. Both caused physical losses and pains. As before, that only happened to the Egyptians. However, this time God was in no hurry to convince Pharaoh to let the Israelites go. Instead, God hardened Pharaoh's heart to release the Israelites. Why was that? That seemed to defeat the purpose of the plagues. What could we learn from God's intention?
